2. Description of Service

Turbo Read is a speed reading application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users read faster. The Service allows users to upload documents, read text at various speeds, and track reading statistics.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Turbo Read offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan:

• 3 document uploads (up to 50MB each)
• 10,000 words read limit
• Up to 900 WPM reading speed

Pro Plan:

• Unlimited document uploads
• Unlimited words read
• Up to 1800 WPM reading speed
• Advanced features and analytics

5. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($24.99/year)
• Payments are processed through Stripe (web) or RevenueCat (mobile)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Turbo Read and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to store and process it.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbo Read shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
